Overview: Feeling exhausted mentally and physically at this time of the year? Take a pause and join us for a rejuvenating retreat designed to help you release chronic stress and reconnect with your inner vitality.

We’ll begin the day with a trauma-informed gentle yoga session, incorporating grounding, centering, and breathwork techniques to calm and support your nervous system. Throughout the day, you’ll immerse yourself in soothing sensory experiences—tea ceremony, nourishing food, sound bath, and self-massage (myofascial release)—to help you anchor fully in the present moment.

We’ll close with a restorative practice and guided meditation, creating space to set intentions for showing up with greater presence and purpose—for yourself, your loved ones, and the world as we step into the new year.

Lunch provided. Space is limited to 5 attendees. Email the host (Yiran) to express your interest to attend. Suggested cost: $80. NOTAFLOF.
