Slow Flow

Description: Slow Flow is a Vinyasa-style, foundational class where we integrate movement with breath. We slow it down to focus on body awareness, alignment, and intentional transition between poses. Each class includes a warm-up, floor work, accessible standing poses, and restorative stretches at the end.

Wednesday 5pm: Level 0 (Gentle)

Friday 9:30am: Level 1 (Slow Flow)

Hatha

IN PERSON | 60 minutes | Demo

Description: Hatha yoga includes a set of floor, standing, and balancing poses. Compared to a flow class, a Hatha class is typically practiced with more static holds and less transition between poses. Each pose is maintained for a number of breaths to allow the body to come into alignment and the mind to come into stillness. Great for improving concentration, balance, and strength.

Saturday 10am: All levels*
