Sometimes a group class might not be the best fit for you. I offer private sessions that can be tailored to suit your needs. Examples of what private sessions can offer:
Customized sequence
Customized yoga sequences tailored to what you want to work on and your desired level of intensity.
Stress relief
Stress relief through 1:1 guided meditation, breath work, yoga nidra, and sound bath.
Strength & Stability for all bodies
Everyone needs strength training, but how to do that can vary from person to person. I approach strength building through mobility and stability exercises, taking into account your body’s needs.
Trauma-informed somatics
Trauma-informed somatic exercises for nervous system regulation, feeling safe in your own body, and building resilience against chronic stress and anxiety.
What to expect from working with me
Alignment on goals is key. This is a collaboration. I look to you to define your goals and I will customize my approach accordingly. We will spend the consultation session aligning on attainable goals. Afterward, I will frequently check in and adjust the material throughout our work together.
Teach a man to fish. As the proverb states, I aim to give you tools and materials you can re-use in your own practice (e.g., session summaries, sequence notes, videos). Read more about my teaching principles here.
Logistics.
We meet in-person at our Brier home studio or Online using Google Meet
$80 for a single 1-hr session; $225/hr for three 1-hr sessions; $700 for ten 1-hr sessions. Contact me for more pricing options if you are a couple/pair of family members who want to book a private session together.
