Introducing Flow into Focus

Flow into Focus is a mindfulness approach that integrates yoga, functional movement, meditationsound bath, and breath work to help you find ease in the body, clarity in the mind, and build resilience to life’s demands.

Weekly Yoga Classes

  • 60 minutes, weekly recurring

  • Traditional yoga class offered in the following styles: Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Vinyasa

  • In-person & online

Workshops

  • 75 -120 minutes, one-time or multi-week series

  • Focuses on a special topic (e.g., stress reduction, strength building) and typically includes multiple mindfulness modalities.

  • In-person @home studio (some workshops will also be offered online if they are suitable)

Private Events

  • Private group events and corporate events

  • Hosted at your event site

Long-time yoga practitioner, dancer, and certified yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and more).

After 13 years of working in academia and Big Tech, I know a thing or two about fast-paced days, constant stress, and too much screen time. I used to push through deadlines and chase professional achievements at all cost, ignoring my physical and mental wellbeing. Flow into Focus is born out of the necessity to reconnect all my parts. And I want to share what I’ve learned with you by offering anatomical-minded yoga, functional movement, and science-based tools for managing chronic stress, restoring nervous system regulation, and building resilience.

Why is FiF different?

  • At our spacious home studio in Brier, WA, all in-person offerings are for small groups (6 max). I give my students real-time feedback and attention.

  • With 13+ years of experience in tech, I meet you with a deep understanding of the demanding professional life. I use a multitude of mindfulness modalities to help you find calmness through deadlines and build resilience despite constant changes.
